## Description

We're seeking an Express Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Procurement & Sourcing team at Workday. As an Express Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing a high volume of low-to-medium dollar sourcing projects from start to finish, in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.

Responsibilities include:

- Carrying out sourcing projects in line with category-level strategies and established processes

- Supporting the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts to help secure favorable terms and conditions

- Discussing pricing, service level agreements, and other key commercial and legal terms with suppliers to find savings and meet goals

- Reviewing projects for supplier-related risks and looking for ways to reduce them

- Running low-complexity RFQs and quick bids to find suppliers that offer the best value

- Using preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible

- Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for finishing projects efficiently

- Keeping procurement systems accurate and up to date

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field

- Experience in sourcing and procurement, including identifying, evaluating, and working with external suppliers in a cost-effective and efficient way

- Experience managing contracts, including understanding terms and conditions, legal considerations, and overseeing contract creation, execution, and review

- Experience negotiating with suppliers to reach agreements that work well for everyone involved
