## Description

The Renewals team at MongoDB is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage contract renewals and customer retention in an assigned territory. As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for executing renewals, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and proactively work on the renewals base in the assigned territory for on-time renewals and customer retention

- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success teams, and other stakeholders internally

- Build strong and effective relationships with customers

- Increase Renewal Rate

- Report Renewals forecast

Requirements:

- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, preferably with a focus on closing Renewals

- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English

- Driven and competitive with a strong desire to be successful

- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus

- College degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have:

- Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database)

- Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology a plus
