## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Partner Management Intern to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The internship is designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

As a Partner Management Intern, you will provide administrative and organizational support for key projects, communicate with people worldwide, and gain practical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

- New Partner Setup

- Educating partners on self-sufficiency and engagement models

- Delivering operational trainings

- Communicating Ops guide changes and program changes

- Being the main point of contact for partner enquiries

- Ensuring close working relationships with assigned accounts

- Ensuring assigned partners meet operational targets and deliver high-quality customer satisfaction

- Developing close working relationships with channel teams

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- To be currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree

- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Time management skills and ability to work with strict deadlines

- Good customer, telephone, oral, and written communication skills

- Mastery in English

- Additional language skills in niche languages would be an advantage
