## Description

We are seeking a Garçom to join our team at the Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, a hotel located in front of Copacabana beach, close to Ipanema and Leblon beaches.

As a Garçom, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and managing payments. Your duties will include:

- Greeting guests warmly and making eye contact

- Presenting menu items to customers and taking orders

- Operating the point of sale system and handling payments

- Closing the cash register at the end of the day

- Offering personalized service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Specific knowledge related to the role

- Knowledge and application of good food safety practices

- English language skills are a plus
