## Description

As a Principal Process Manager on the PULSE Product Governance team at Capital One, you will champion operational excellence and support the Product Development Lifecycle within the PULSE PMO.

This role is central to maintaining high-quality Jira data, translating portfolio metrics into insightful reporting, and crafting high-impact monthly presentation decks for senior leadership.

**General Responsibilities:**

- Ensure Jira data quality is accurate and up-to-date across all levels, from high-level programs to user stories.

- Build dynamic reporting and dashboards using Jira portfolio and execution-level data to highlight work visibility, resource capacity, and key product delivery insights.

- Lead the creation of monthly senior leadership decks by synthesising data from Jira and Google Drive to report on portfolio health and guide strategic prioritisation decisions.

- Analyse data to proactively identify risks and trends, and influence cross-functional partners to achieve desired outcomes.

- Build effective partnerships with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners to clarify needs and provide solutions.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

- At least 3 years of process or risk management experience.

- At least 1 year of continual improvement experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience creating presentation decks for executive leadership.

- At least 1 year of experience using Jira to update data, run queries, and extract information.

- At least 4 years of process management experience.

- At least 1 year of project management experience.

- At least 1 year of experience working with Product and Technology teams.

- Process management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma).

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- Chicago, IL: $98,900 - $112,900

- Houston, TX: $98,900 - $112,900

- McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300

- Plano, TX: $98,900 - $112,900

- Riverwoods, IL: $98,900 - $112,900
