## Description

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations, aiming to build a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will work remotely with Capgemini, which acts as the Employer of Record. Your responsibilities include:

- Designing and developing scalable data pipelines using modern ELT tools and frameworks such as DBT (Data Build Tool)

- Automating data ingestion processes from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party services

- Developing and maintaining logical and physical data models to support business analytics

- Creating and managing dimensional models, star/snowflake schemas, and other data structures

- Transforming raw data into clean, organized, and analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Python, or other relevant languages

- Implementing data transformation workflows to handle data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment

- Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience working in Analytics Engineer or relevant field

- Experience working with SQL and Python

- Advanced knowledge of PowerBI (Power Query and DAX)

- 4+ years of experience with pipeline automation tools (Fivetran would be a plus)

- Strong knowledge of DBT or other ELT frameworks/tools (Apache AirFlow)

- Strong English communication skills
