**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, and at the collection counter

- Collect products from stock areas, take payments, and provide details on financial service offerings

- Be present on the shop floor, helping customers with questions and providing advice on products

- Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations

**Requirements:**

- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for understanding customers

- Comfortable discussing financial services and providing clear information

- Ability to work at pace in a physical, high-energy environment

- Prepared to work flexibly and productively across the store

- Embraces new digital tools and technology

- Great attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe store environment
