## Description

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The Sales Trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects as needed.

The Sales Trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores. The Sales Trainee must effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull's executional standards.

### Responsibilities

#### Training

The Sales Trainee role is a training position. Upon successful participation in the training program, the Sales Trainee is eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles. Upon completion of the program and certification, if no Account Sales Manager or other qualified role is available and the Sales Trainee is meeting performance standards, the employee may remain in the Sales Trainee role for up to 12 months or until an Account Sales Manager or another qualified role is available, whichever comes first.

#### Business Acumen

- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product

- Set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling

#### Daily Preparation

- Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan

- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities

- Train with Account Sales Managers

#### In-Route Support

- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising

#### Off-Route Support

- Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive sales

- Other duties as assigned

### Requirements

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
