## Description

We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to maximise sales growth in a specific geographic territory, in line with the company's strategy and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Visit doctors and other key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions

- Manage the entire sales process for products in your territory, including organising events and maintaining relationships with clients

- Monitor and analyse results, implementing actions to achieve targets

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

- Report on competitor activity and market changes

- Stay up-to-date with technical and commercial knowledge in your area of speciality

- Ensure company equipment is safe and well-maintained

- Share experiences and ideas to support sales training

- Notify of any adverse events in accordance with company procedures

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Experience in the oncology market (essential)

- Experience in the hospital sector (essential)

- Experience in private access (desirable)

- Previous experience with biological medications

- Fluency in software systems such as MS Office and customer relationship management systems

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients

- Valid driver's license

- Own vehicle for professional use

- Availability for travel

**Important:** This position requires a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and up-to-date vehicle documentation. As part of the selection process, there will be a final stage of documentary validation, where you will be required to submit copies of the following documents:

- Driver's license

- Vehicle registration and licensing certificate

- Proof of insurance (if applicable)
