As a Senior Manager, Finance, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and compliance.

**Job Responsibilities**

The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for:

- Financial Reporting & Accounting:

- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)

- Managing general ledger, reconciliations, and closing processes

- Maintaining integrity and accuracy of financial data

- Finance Business Partnering:

- Partnering with business units to drive financial performance

- Challenging assumptions and providing independent financial perspectives

- Translating financial results into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

- Supporting strategic initiatives (e.g., expansion, product launches, cost programs)

- Developing KPIs and performance dashboards aligned with business goals

- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on financial implications of business decisions

- Internal Controls, Risk & Compliance:

- Establishing and maintaining internal control framework

- Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements

- Managing internal and external audits

- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks

- Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Monitoring and managing cash flow and liquidity

- Optimizing working capital (AR, AP, inventory)

- Maintaining banking and financing relationships

- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Leading and developing the finance team

- Collaborating cross-functionally to align finance with business strategy

- Presenting financial insights to senior leadership and board

- Driving a culture of accountability and performance

**Pre-Requisites**

- Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA preferred)

- Experience:

- More than 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles

- Proven track record in financial reporting and business partnering

- Experience working closely with non-finance stakeholders
