## Description

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML & Innovation Engineer who will lead initiatives across Hybrid Cloud portfolio and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Develops and programs integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage structured and unstructured data in product and systems applications.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, frameworks, and algorithms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI and machine learning solutions.

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.

- Experience in optimizing high-throughput, low-latency LLM inference pipelines.

- Design and orchestrate autonomous agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.

- Integrate models with existing software systems and infrastructure.

- Monitor the performance of deployed models and collect relevant metrics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or closely related quantitative discipline.

- Typically, 4-7 years' experience.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.

- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Knowledge of Open Source, Linux, etc.

- Understanding of DevOps, SRE.
