## Description

Join our dynamic International department at NEXT as a German Customer Service Advisor and take on the challenge of supporting our global reach. You will engage with customers, handle enquiries with care, and resolve issues efficiently to create a positive experience every time.

**Key Details:**

- Rate of pay: £14.66 per hour

- Shifts available: 36 hours per week, with potential for additional shifts during peak trading periods

- Start date: Monday 2nd November 2026

- Location: Radar Road, Leicester

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver professional support in German and English across phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat

- Support customers with a range of enquiries, from orders to account questions

- Work with internal teams and International couriers to investigate and resolve queries quickly

- Use internal systems to keep accurate records and maintain attention to detail

- Build lasting relationships by being honest, showing empathy, and providing a high level of care

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in German

- Strong English skills

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or contact centre

- Problem-solver mindset with strong attention to detail

- Tech-savvy with confidence using computer systems and CRM platforms
