## Description

As a Hotel Leisure Assistant at Leckford Estate, you will ensure consistently high standards of customer service and cleanliness.

You will provide excellent, friendly guest service and offer flexible support to other hotel departments, thereby ensuring an unrivalled guest experience and contributing to the profitable operation and achievement of business objectives for the individual, team, and hotel.

In addition to your contractual pay of £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days), any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Being a brand ambassador by providing a consistently outstanding customer experience

- Resolving guest queries/complaints at the first point of contact

- Interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge

- Handling payments in accordance with hotel standards

- Supporting the implementation of changes to ensure continuous innovations and improvements within the department

- Carrying out cleaning duties in the department

- Safe use of tools, chemicals, wearing correct PPE

- Supporting other areas of the hotel operation when required

- Taking direction from the Team Leader and Hotel Leadership Team, maintaining strict health and safety standards

**Essential Skills/Experience:**

- Self-motivated and industrious with a natural flair for guest service and a keen interest in hospitality

- Basic knowledge of IT & POS systems and able to use standard software

- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable Skills/Experience:**

- Proven experience in the hospitality industry is desirable

**Contract Details:**

- Contract Type: Permanent

- Hours of Work: Part-time with three shift patterns available

- Pay: £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days)
