## Description

As a Senior Branch Service Manager at RBC Wealth Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, serving financial advisors, clients, and the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing branch staff and operations to maintain a positive and productive work environment

- Ensuring effective communication of policy and procedural changes to branch employees

- Onboarding new accounts, accurately recording securities and coupons, and transmitting them to the Complex main office and Minneapolis

- Maintaining the security of the branch cage and its contents

- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, assisting them with account questions, and facilitating transactions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree or related experience

- 5+ years of financial services experience with a solid knowledge of industry rules and regulations

- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and Series 9/10 (or 8) licenses

- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills

- Previous supervisory experience

- Attention to detail and a focus on efficiency and effectiveness

The good-faith expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000, depending on factors including experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs.
