## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Regulatory Operations Manager to join our Cities team. As a key member of our regulatory operations team, you will play a critical role in implementing regulatory products and processes globally to ensure compliance with regulations. Your expertise will help us scale regulatory compliance strategies and programs for jurisdictions, presenting to cross-functional peers and leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving regulatory initiatives that unlock supply growth and proactively address risks. You will lead the development and execution of successfully scaled programs across discrete compliance verticals, create an operational rhythm, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are on track.

Your analytical skills, including creating and using data, will enable you to understand problems, communicate opportunities, and make informed decisions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Policy, and Legal teams to align roadmaps and drive successful execution with measurable impact.

As a Senior Regulatory Operations Manager, you will have a proven track record navigating a matrixed organization and building relationships to achieve goals with cross-functional teams. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and intellectual curiosity.

This position is US-Remote Eligible, and you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
