## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Disney Store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our store operations, including sales management, inventory management, labor cost management, and staff development.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and analyze sales performance, and implement actions to achieve sales targets

- Provide guidance and support to store management team members and cast members

- Identify areas for improvement in store operations and develop plans to address them

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management

- Plan and manage cast member schedules and shifts

- Continuously improve guest service, visual merchandising, and operational quality

- Develop and implement recruitment plans for new cast members

- Provide effective training to cast members to ensure high-quality guest service

- Evaluate cast member performance and provide feedback

- Develop next-generation leaders

- Manage cash handling and inventory control

- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders on store operations

- Conduct store inventory counts and prevent inventory loss

- Prevent and respond to store incidents and guest complaints

**Requirements:**

- Experience in managing a retail store

- Experience in managing a team of 10 or more people

- Strong passion for retail business

- Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members

- High guest orientation and ability to provide guidance on guest service

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Fluency in Japanese

- Business-level English proficiency is desirable
