## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Train with our experienced sales team to learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our products and brand

- Develop business acumen to understand our customers' needs and build strong relationships with them

- Prepare for daily sales calls and execute daily plans with the support of our sales team

- Provide in-route and off-route support to our sales team, including covering ASM routes and participating in audits and merchandising activities

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
