## Description

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for the Courtyard Tysons McLean. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the finances of the housekeeping department, including budgeting, labor scheduling, and supply cost control.

- Ensure high-quality room cleanliness and guest satisfaction, responding to guest concerns and requests in a timely and courteous manner.

- Conduct routine inspections to maintain standards, following Courtyard by Marriott and B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group guidelines.

- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action as needed.

- Implement service programs to increase guest satisfaction and achieve business revenue goals.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- 2+ years of progressive housekeeping management experience.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
