As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Monzo, you'll join our Engineering teams across Payments and Business Banking, helping us deliver complex, high-impact programmes as we continue to grow.

Depending on the team you join, you could be:

- Payments: helping us ship more and better payment products, working across teams to solve complex technical challenges and improve how money moves for millions of customers.

- Business Banking: helping us build Monzo into the financial control centre for SMEs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading end-to-end planning and execution of launching payment products that cross multiple teams and disciplines

- Managing cross-collective programs, defining program roadmaps and milestones, setting priorities, managing trade-offs, identifying and managing critical path and risks

- Collaborating and communicating with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical across the business to ensure alignment and speed of delivery

- Managing dependencies, timeline and sequencing of delivery

- Driving effective decision making to remove blockers and speed up delivery

To apply, you should have:

- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception to launch

- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences

- Experience working in a global business with a presence in multiple markets

- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles

- Understanding of how functionality comes together to deliver value for users
