## Description

You will join the Aladdin Private Markets Technology organization and lead the evolution of Dealflow within the broader front-office platform.

The team works across engineering, design, data, artificial intelligence (AI), commercial, and client functions to build connected technology for private-markets investors.

You will define and deliver the next generation of Dealflow capabilities, leading the ground-up rebuild of the deal-management platform.

**Responsibilities**

- Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Dealflow

- Engage with private-markets investors to understand their workflows and translate client feedback into scalable product capabilities

- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and adoption

- Embed AI capabilities across investment workflows

- Collaborate across Asset Monitoring, Insight, Invest, Preqin, Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC), and related platform teams

**Experience**

- Demonstrated experience building enterprise software products and leading complex, multi-year product initiatives

- Deep understanding of private-markets investment workflows

- Experience partnering with engineering, user experience, and senior stakeholders

- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities
