## Description

This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage. You'll work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for off-premise stores, ensuring safe, productive, and professional service.

**Responsibilities**

- Participate in a training program to become eligible for Account Sales Manager roles

- Understand and learn about Red Bull, its brand, and products

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow

- Establish friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales

- Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with ASMs/DSMs

- Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising

**Requirements**

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
