## Description

BigHat Biosciences is seeking a hands-on Scientist II, Developability to drive antibody developability assessments. You will spend most of your time at the bench executing and innovating on developability workflows.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design, optimize, and execute high-throughput developability assays to expand BigHat's toolkit.

- Drive developability assessments across programs, focusing on data interpretation and organization.

- Support late-stage characterization and IND-enabling studies, including formulation screening and simulated administration studies.

- Serve as the Developability lead within project teams, guiding experimental strategy.

- Work cross-functionally to automate methods, train colleagues, and adapt workflows to existing LIMS infrastructure.

- Analyze data, interpret scientific findings, and propose next steps.

### Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- PhD in Biochemistry or a relevant discipline with 3+ years of industry experience.

- Strong background in biophysical and analytical characterization of antibodies and antibody fragments.

- Experience with protein structures and antibody engineering.

- Track record of translating complex data into clear results and recommended actions.

- Enthusiastic about learning and onboarding new technologies.
