## Description

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our dynamic and cross-border intellectual property practice in Amsterdam. As an advocate, you will work independently on complex patent cases, providing content expertise to clients and colleagues, and actively contributing to the further development of our practice.

Responsibilities:

- Work independently on complex patent cases

- Provide content expertise to clients and colleagues

- Contribute to the development of our practice

- Collaborate with colleagues from different legal areas, sectors, and countries on complex legal issues for leading clients

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in patent law

- Affinity with technology and innovation

- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide pragmatic solutions

- Good understanding of commercial interests underlying legal issues

- Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit

- Structured and accurate work style

- Clear and convincing communication in Dutch and English

- Ability to function in an international and collaborative practice
