## Description

The Supply Planning Manager manages and drives regional supply planning excellence to optimize inventory and service levels. A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand.

Responsibilities:

- Fease additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon.

- Drive the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems.

- Ensure on-time availability of product, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed product.

- Own and deliver key reports to cross-functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.

- Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF.

- Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis.

- Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience

- Minimum of 3-5 years Supply Chain planning related experience

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)

- Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented

- Numerate, analytical, and a good problem-solver

- Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through

- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction
