## Description

We are looking for an Intern - HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

As an Intern - HR Generalist, you will work with the HR Shared Service Centre on employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, support employees' leave and attendance management, and assist in employee caring and engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

- Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes

- Manage employees' leave and attendance

- Organize employee engagement activities

- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in job posting, sourcing, and interview scheduling

- Assist in campus recruitment roadshows, talks, and other events

- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Fast learner with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

- Detail-oriented and accurate

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

- Self-driven and able to work independently
