## Description

The mission of the Plant Operational Excellence Engineer is to support the plant in increasing its profitability through continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating improvement opportunities, driving plant teams to deploy improvements, and actively supporting the Kaizen approach.

Core tasks include leading and creating plant Kaizen workshop plans, actively reviewing and improving cycle time and operator work content, and moderating and supervising layout changes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, experience within a production environment, and knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, VSM, 5S, and Visual Management.
