## Description

We are seeking a Manager Strategy, Business Planning and Operations to join our team in Vietnam and Laos. As a trusted advisor to the Country Manager, you will leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the development of market business strategy, ensuring flawless execution of the established operating model.

Responsibilities:

- Support the development and refinement of the market's medium to long-term strategies

- Be part of strategic projects in market, such as pricing, economics, and competitive assessment

- Own end-to-end the Innovation & Market Development (IMD) Fund Program in Vietnam & Laos

- Research, consolidate, and analyse macroeconomic trends, regulatory evolutions, and competitors' moves

- Work closely with Finance to monitor and track market performance and objectives

- Provide critical thinking and support to understand underlying business factors and address challenges

- Support the execution of market operating model and process enhancements

- Actively participate in periodic reviews of high-priority market initiatives

- Support client-facing teams in developing streamlined account business reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of work experience, preferably with payments and/or consulting background

- Hands-on attitude, with strong appetite for data analysis and ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Analytical thinking, using analysis and problem-solving skills to deliver actionable insights

- Solid project management skills and execution ability to deliver against tight deadlines

- Excellent communicator in presenting data and insights to mid-to-senior management

- Excellent usage of Microsoft Tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

- Strong English and Vietnamese language communication skills
