## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Director to lead the FC Career Mode team. The successful candidate will build and manage effective cross-discipline teams, partnering with Producers to ensure project delivery is managed on time, to quality, and within budget.

The Development Director will be responsible for:

- Building and evolving effective teams

- Establishing and maintaining an overall project plan

- Managing the professional development plans and performance of direct reports

- Identifying and mitigating risks

- Driving effective processes within the team

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to affect change

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of Project Management Experience

- 3+ years of People Management experience

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with project scheduling, capacity planning, and risk management

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Business, or a related field
