## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Federal Material Manager to support the Anduril Composites branch in Morrisville, North Carolina.

The successful candidate will create a strategic plan to establish material procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with FAR and DFAR regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing material management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of material management processes

- Implementing end-to-end material management measures, including FIFO adherence, material variances, and cycle time optimization

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to aid in accurate demand forecasting, procurement planning, and timely delivery of materials

- Analyzing material usage trends and implementing lean practices to optimize material handling, storage, and distribution

- Utilizing ERP & WMS software systems and tools to track inventory and provide data-driven insights

- Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience

- 5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles in an aerospace and/or defense manufacturing environment

- Ability to be onsite, local to Morrisville, NC

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

Preferred qualifications:

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to develop a team and systems/procedures effectively

- Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards, MMAS Systems, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

- Proven ability to implement and maintain compliance systems

- Experience supporting compliance audits

- Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key warehouse fundamentals
