## Description

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Concierge to support new customers through the initial stages of their journey. This client-facing role involves phone communication, prompt responses, and consistent follow-ups. You will ensure customers are contacted, booked, prepared, supported, and progressing.

Responsibilities:

- Quickly contact new customers post-purchase, aiming for the first phone attempt within 30 minutes

- Welcome customers and outline their next steps

- Book and confirm Intro and Onboarding calls with customers

- Follow up via phone, SMS, and email when customers do not respond

- Assist customers in accessing platforms and completing required setup before calls

- Rebook customers who miss appointments

- Resolve simple login, booking, and platform issues

- Escalate complex concerns to the relevant team

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress

- Continue follow-ups until customers successfully progress through onboarding

Requirements:

- Strong spoken and written English

- Confidence and comfort in speaking with customers by phone

- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Appointment Setting, Onboarding, or similar

- Friendly, professional, and patient communication style

- Persistence in follow-up without being pushy

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Comfort with CRM systems and learning new technology

- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously

- Reliability, coachability, and focus on performance targets
