## Description

We are seeking a Production Director to lead the development of our next Mass Effect game. As a high-impact leader, you will partner with creative leadership, studio teams, and internal and external partners to champion the game's vision and ensure its execution at the highest quality bar.

Responsibilities:

- Translate high-level vision into a clear direction for teams to deliver AAA quality

- Provide leadership across the full development lifecycle

- Build and sustain strong coalitions across creative, technical, production, and partner teams

- Break down complex creative and technical goals into actionable components

- Identify and mitigate risks early

- Represent the project and production organization in communications with studio leadership, EA partners, and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of game development production experience

- Proven ownership on multiple games delivered from early concept through launch and live support

- Deep expertise in ARPG and RPG development

- Led complex, multidisciplinary organizations around a shared creative vision

- Strong executive presence with an influence-based leadership style
