## Description

We are seeking a Customer & Pricing Executive to join our team at Ford. As a key point of contact between our clients and logistics service providers, you will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of issuescssues

- Analyse market fluctuations and propose competitive pricing strategies

- Coordinate international shipments and track cargo movement

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers

- Provide regular updates to customers on shipment status and any delays

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding

- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations

- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software quickly

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
