## Description

Opening. This role is for a graduate consultant who wants to shape the future of modern IT organizations and support companies in positioning their IT as a strategic value driver. You will develop future-proof operating models, optimize IT structures, and implement sustainable IT solutions.

## What you'll do

You will analyze existing IT organizations and evaluate their current maturity level to derive future-oriented target operating models. You will develop IT service and operating models, including service catalogs and KPI definitions based on frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or others. You will also capture, structure, and prioritize business and IT requirements, model service processes, and support the digitalization of end-to-end value streams.

## What you need

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren IT- und betriebswirtschaftlich geprägten Studiengang, idealerweise ergänzt durch Zertifizierungen wie ITIL V4 Foundation oder PRINCE2/IPMA/PMI.
