At Multimatic, you'll work with a team that designs and builds advanced composite components used in some of the coolest automotive and motorsport applications in the world. You'll learn laminating and cutting-edge skills with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave

- Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials

- Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures

- Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications

- Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals

- Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns

- Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations

- Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized

- Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processes

**What We're Looking For:**

- With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools

- You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions

- You are motivated by problem-solving and using hands-on skills

- You have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives

- You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet

- You are team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused

- You are passionate about building cool things , especially motorsport-related components
