## Description

As a Shift Lead - Food at Marks & Spencer's Skipton Simply Food store, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to serve, sell, and fill.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the fill operation and coaching colleagues on One Best Way to drive productivity

- Allocating resources effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Implementing daily operational processes efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role modelling great customer service and M&S behaviours

- Supporting Colleague Managers and sharing observations to deliver high performance

- Being a key holder and responding to call-outs as required

- Handling tasks related to opening and closing the store, including cash handling and TSL compliance

The role involves working through the night, and applicants must be at least 18 years old due to health and safety legislation. A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
