## Description

We are seeking an intern to join our eCommerce development team at Red Bull Deutschland GmbH in München. As an Intern – E-Commerce Development, you will be part of the E-Commerce-Development-Team, which focuses on continuously optimising our digital presence in both B2C and B2B areas.

Your tasks will include:

- Ensuring excellent customer experiences on partner and product detail pages, as well as in our brand shops

- Continuously analysing web performance using internal tools, monitoring success, and deriving concrete recommendations for action

- Supporting the preparation, implementation, and analysis of campaigns in partner shops and apps

- Creating agency briefings for digital campaigns to promote new products and increase sales of existing products

- Building and developing standardised e-commerce reporting

- Supporting the analysis of customers based on relevant digital KPIs

- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce team, particularly in customer support

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a university or college in a business or economics-related field

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret basic data and conduct simple analyses

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel

- Fluent German and very good English language skills in writing and speaking

- Ideally, first experiences in e-commerce, FMCG, or similar fields

- Team-oriented, with a sense of humour and great enthusiasm for the e-commerce sector and the Red Bull brand
