The global Reuters News Internship Program gives you the chance to fast-track your journalism career and develop your skills across a variety of subjects and media. We welcome passionate and curious reporters, producers and photojournalists who want to tell stories for a global audience.

We are looking for an intern to work in our Live Pages department in our London newsroom. Live Pages is a direct-to-consumer scrolling multimedia feed of text, video, pictures, graphics, and social media in a mobile-first presentation for the biggest stories of the day.

**Responsibilities**

- Monitor Reuters TV, picture, and social media output to report on the biggest global stories

- Participants who excel may be considered for future opportunities at Reuters

- Interns are expected to bring ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and a start-up mentality to a versatile cross-discipline team

**Requirements**

- Commitment to a career in journalism

- A keen interest in storytelling across text, video and pictures

- Emerging talent who can tell stories about finance, politics and people from new perspectives and in different formats

- Ambition to deliver journalism with real impact

- Enthusiasm, ideas and proactivity

- An international outlook and ability to work in a team and communicate across departments

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Good working knowledge of writing and reporting in English required

**The role**

- Paid 12-week internship, starting from 21st June, 2027

- An assigned Senior Editor as a mentor
