## Description

Lucid Software is seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its APAC team. As a BDR, you will collaborate with Account Executives to map out territories and hunt down key accounts, master a multi-channel approach to spark curiosity, develop an expert-level understanding of the Lucid platform, and support discovery calls and presentations.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Account Executives to map out territories and identify key accounts

- Master a multi-channel approach using cold calling, personalised emails, and LinkedIn social selling

- Develop an expert-level understanding of the Lucid platform to solve real-world business problems

- Support discovery calls, assist in presentations, and independently lead and close foundational transactions

- Use a modern tech stack to manage your pipeline with precision

Requirements:

- 6-12 months of sales or customer-facing experience

- Excellent communication skills, including writing compelling hooks and holding conversations with C-suite executives

- A growth mindset and craving for feedback

- Organised, adaptable, and motivated by winning

- Hybrid role, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at the Melbourne office two days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in SaaS or tech/software

- Proven track record of smashing quotas and generating high-quality pipeline

- Degree or equivalent experience
