## Description

We are seeking a Salaried GP to join our dynamic team at Lawson Practice in Hackney for 12 months maternity cover. The successful candidate will work 6 sessions per week, with a sessional rate starting at £11,715 depending on experience.

As a Salaried GP, you will be part of a friendly, supportive multi-disciplinary team, working in a total triage appointment system using Accurx Triage. You will have control over your face-to-face appointments and enjoy fantastic back room support from document coders, secretaries, and duty administrators.

Key responsibilities include:

- Being part of a close-knit team with a strong focus on continuity of care

- Working in a triage system that enables efficient booking of appointments

- Developing personal interests, teaching, and quality improvement projects

- Participating in weekly clinical meetings and daily huddles

## Skills

### Required
- MRCGP Qualification
- Eligible to work in General Practice in the NHS

### Nice to have
- Experience as a GP educator
