## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Parc Llandudno, working part-time during the Christmas period.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations to customers

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store to adapt to changing demands

- Contributing to a positive team environment to drive sales growth

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to:

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Be digitally confident, using technology to meet customer needs

- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Embrace flexibility, adapting to changing store demands and priorities

This is a seasonal, part-time role, available from December 13th and 20th, with potential for full-time hours during these periods.
