## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Douglas store on the Isle of Man.

You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our store, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your main tasks will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Keeping the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working across different areas of the store as needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 07:00 - 15:30

- Monday: 07:00 - 15:30

- Wednesday: 07:00 - 15:30

- Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30

- Friday: 07:00 - 15:30

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- You must be 18 years of age or older to comply with health and safety legislation.
