Job Summary

As a Line Cook 3 at Soho House São Paulo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing high-quality food and assisting senior chefs during service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, consistently delivering dishes that meet our quality expectations

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, adhering to our kitchen's high standards

- Assist senior chefs with food preparation, plating, and presentation

- Participate in pre- and post-service meetings to ensure seamless execution

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and efficient workflow

- Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques

- Contribute to the creation of new recipes and menus

- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements:

- Professional culinary experience in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knife skills and knowledge of professional cooking techniques

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Food handler certification

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and motivational skills

- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team

- Creative and innovative approach to recipe development
