## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working through nights, specifically Sunday 22:00-06:00 and Friday 22:00-06:00, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

- Working across various areas of the store
