## Description

We are seeking a Korean-speaking technical support engineer to provide remote technical support services to Korean customers via phone or social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Provide professional remote technical support services to Korean customers

- Offer solutions to customers according to procedures and record complete and accurate information in the system

- Escalate special cases in a timely manner and collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues

- Respond to and meet the needs of end-users within the specified time frame, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 2027 graduates, any major

- Proficient in Korean (native level), standard pronunciation and polite language usage

- Familiarity with office software and network operating environment

- Customer-centric, able to handle work pressure

- Proactive and organized, with good communication and coordination skills, dedication and teamwork abilities, excellent customer service awareness, and strong responsibility and ambition
