## Description

The Tij2x Gen 3 IPH product engineer will lead the manufacturing of quality print heads, working closely with manufacturing engineers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the team in ensuring manufacturing of quality outputs for the IPH Gen 3 print head.

- Collaborate with partners to qualify new materials, process changes, characterization, and reliability testing.

- Lead new product launches and PE focal for new line setup and qualification.

- Investigate products and processes to drive root-cause analysis.

- Communicate analysis findings and insights across functions and levels.

- Develop new analysis and testing capabilities to improve product understanding.

- Drive product and manufacturing process improvements.

- Apply Industry 4.0 elements to drive quality, productivity, and efficiency.

- Engage with people to develop and build a high-performing team.

- Ensure compliance requirements are met for EHS and quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's, Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or relevant.

- Strong people managing and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Good understanding of TIJ technologies and common failure modes.

- Knowledge of design of experiment, design of test plan, product reliability, and characterization.

- Understanding of Industrial 4.0.

- Knowledge of ISO9K, ISO 14K/18K/ 45K/ 50K, Lean Sigma, and chemical management is advantageous.
