## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Team Member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

**Job Details** Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour Temporary additional pay: Eligible team members will receive a $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027)

**About the Role** As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store

- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

- Stock, set, and sell Target products

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

**Requirements**

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
