## Description

Ford Energy is seeking a Production, Cell Area Manager to lead a multi-shift production team and drive operational excellence on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering results, championing lean manufacturing principles, standardizing processes, and making data-driven decisions. You will also build organizational capability by coaching and mentoring team members, and model the organization's vision, mission, and values to create a high-performance culture.

As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and daily operational execution. You will leverage manufacturing execution systems (MES) and real-time data to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions. You will also facilitate a learning environment where employees are encouraged to provide feedback, solve problems, and take ownership of their work areas.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing. They will also have operational expertise, strategic communication skills, and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
