## Description

Prudential is seeking an intern to join their Customer Campaign & Repurchase team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting campaign-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform checking and follow-up on campaign enquiries to ensure timely responses.

- Investigate campaign reward appeals and prepare supporting information for review.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaign-related initiatives and system enhancements.

- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing campaign communication materials.

- Support campaign fulfilment activities, including customer communications, reward crediting, and gift fulfilment.

- Support campaign reporting, monitoring, and administrative tasks.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to multitask.

- Good team player with a positive attitude.

- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
