## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Front End Developer to join their Digital Marketing Technology group. The successful candidate will help build features that drive experiences for website visitors in Salesforce's digital ecosystem, focusing on innovation and best-in-class technology.

The role encompasses architecture, design, implementation, and testing to ensure high-quality products. You will work with world-class engineers to build breakthrough features, keeping the platform stable and scalable.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and building innovative solutions for the Salesforce.com website platform

- Developing scalable frontend components and systems using modern web standards

- Driving technical excellence and continuously improving development processes

- Leading frontend architecture decisions and ensuring code quality

- Taking ownership of features from design through execution

- Integrating AI tools into the engineering workflow

- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and UX designers

The ideal candidate will have:

- 6+ years of production frontend development experience

- Expert-level proficiency with modern HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and TypeScript

- Strong React experience

- Modern build toolchain expertise

- Mobile-first responsive design and cross-browser compatibility experience

- Web performance optimization and security best practices knowledge

Preferred skills include:

- Design system experience

- Identity and authentication systems experience

- AI-first approach to engineering

- Accessibility champion experience

- Internationalization/localization implementation experience

The typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 - $223,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $178,900 - $246,000 annually.
