## Description

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders straight to their doorsteps. You will drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, complete checks to ensure the van is roadworthy, and communicate with customers about their orders.

The role involves:

- Delivering groceries to customers on time and in great condition

- Completing checks to ensure the van is roadworthy, clean, and organised

- Following planned routes and driving safely in various locations

- Moving containers weighing up to 15kg and delivering shopping to a variety of properties

- Communicating with customers about their orders and any changes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 points

- Friendly and welcoming demeanour with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers

- Ability to drive a larger vehicle safely in different locations

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical, and high-energy environment

- Ability to use initiative, solve problems, and make safe decisions while out on the road
